What is Black Truffle Mayonnaise?
We begin with our unique mayonnaise which uses free-range eggs and locally sourced extra virgin rapeseed oil. The cold-pressed rapeseed oil produces a luxuriously smooth and creamy mayonnaise, which we expertly infuse with the highest quality Black truffles (Tuber Aestivum).
What does it taste like?
Rich and creamy texture with a mellow, savoury black truffle taste. Good depth of flavor.
How should I use it?
Use it straight from the jar just like you would with a regular mayonnaise. We recommend using it to add a touch of luxury to your chips, or simply spread it on your favourite sandwich.
